Cause I – like – BOYS!!!
Oh god. Is anyone else slightly disturbed that they’re remaking Teen Witch? I know this is old news, but there are still people out there who haven’t heard yet. The small cult of us who, for some explicable reason, really, REALLY enjoy the movie for the camp value all need to spread it among our network. Of course, there is the likelyhood that the movie will actually be really good (or really camp, er, again) – as this time they’re presenting it as a MUSICAL!
I like Ashley Tisdale as much as I can for my age (aka I listened to her on The Little Mermaid soundtrack, dug it, but have not sunk so far as to actually by an AshTis album.)
Please, please let them include this ridiculous little triffle bit of randomness – this is what made the first one great. The ambiguity as to whether or not it was a musical. Cause it’d have a few song numbers, and a few music video-type sequences. Let me put it this way – they ain’t no Rodgers & Hammerstien.

God dammit. Anyone that knows me knows that I don’t condone making fun of people (aside from in a loving sarcastic manner which we use to show how much we care about one another) but for Christ’s sake!!! This dude is just begging for it. I mean where to begin?!?! First off. I’m all for a dude who’s a tidge overweight using dance as exercise. Awesome dude. Express yourself. Go balls out to Justin or Kelly or Taylor…whatever. Don’t fucking put on a LEOTARD and post your gay ass on you tube where your dancing is CLEARLY making the camera shake!!!!!! Why the….I mean……who does……

I’m a jackass

Just….take the journey with me, if you will.
So, of course, i work at this antiques store on Saturdays. pay is great and i usually don’t do anything. So today we had one couple come in with their dog (annoying) and that was it….until 1:30. A lovely British man strolled in and began talking with me about the furniture….i was trying to be polite and leave him to his business because you can’t usually do the annoying salesgirl routine in an antique store where everythin g is $3,000 and above. So I offer to show him the second showroom, where all our goodies are hidden. We’re walking and talking about, you know, furniture, and as I’m walking back into the store I introduce myself to him with “Hi, I’m Aryiel. I’m the new Saturday girl.” He says hi and shakes my hand and I say,”What’s your name?” And he replies back “Scott? Ridley Scott?”
Yeeeeeeup.
Then after that, not only do I fumble on the computer, but I end up not finding the info he needed. He said it was no problem and he would just have his secretary call on Monday but…..really. I’m on the computer printing out information and all the other nonsense, when two guys come into the store as well.
As I’m comforting myself, telling my brain that just because i didn’t know what Ridley Scott looked like, it’s really no big deal and i’m sure that happens a lot….I overhear one of the guys say to him “I just want to say you’ve made a lot of incredible movies…..”
Well shit.
